To serve out of the box
Your ham or turkey is fully cooked. Keep refrigerated 1 1/2 hours before serving
Heartland Ham or turkey tastes great at room temperature (Recommended)
Should anyone want their ham or turkey hot. Slice off appropriate portions and microwave, or reheat on low in the oven and serve.
To warm the entire Ham or turkey – Do not reheat ham in mylar foil bag
Heat ham at 250 degrees in foil (open at top) with a pan of water ion the shelf below the ham in the oven. This help maintain moisture. Depending on your oven, allow 45-60 minutes reheat time.
Heat Roasted turkey breast in oven bag at 325 degrees. Poke a small hole in bag. Reheat for 30-35 minutes
Heat Pit Smoked turkey breast in oven bag at 325 degrees. Poke a small hole in bag. Reheat for 15-20 minutes
Heat until ham or turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes
Frozen Ham- allow 2-3 days to thaw
Frozen Turkey- allow 1 day to thaw
Cornbread Dressing: Needs to be cooked
Place in lightly greased 9×13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, or until it turns a light brown on top.
Green Beans:
Fully cooked and seasoned. Reheat in container or place in pan and reheat on stove.
Leftovers:
It is okay to refrigerate leftovers for approximately 3 days. Should you have leftovers after 3 days, freeze up to 6 weeks in meal size proportions.
