Book your business meeting, seminar, event, or social gathering with Potpourri.  We can accommodate your group in your own room anywhere from 12 to 110 seats.

Small Private Meeting Room

  • For meetings up to 16
  • $25.00 an hour
  • 2 hour minimum
  • Reservations required
  • Available until 3pm

Private Meeting Room (#1 or #2)

  • For meetings up to 40*
  • Reservation deposit: $50 
  • $75 per hour
  • 2 hour minimum

Large Private Meeting Room (#1 & #2 combined)

  • For meetings up to 110
  • Combination of Private Meeting Room #1 &#2
  • Reservation deposit: $100 
  • $150.00 per hour
  • 2 hour minimum

Additional Services

  • Beverage station (per person) $3.95
  • Service staff- $15.00 per hour
  • White table cloths- $8
  • Projector (Check for availability and pricing with event coordinator
  • Ask Event Coordinator for other menu offerings and details for a successful meeting

  • Minimum food purchase $50.00
  • Reservations required

Lunch Private Dining Room (#1 or #2)

  • Available until 3 pm
  • For events up to 40 seats
  • Reservation deposit: $75 
  • Per plate guarantee number with a $350 food minimum must be met for deposit to be refunded or applied
  • Room Charge $100 (2 hours)
  • Additional time $75 per half hour
  • Price on Event Menu do not include tax or gratuity

Lunch Large Private Dining Room (#1 & #2 combined)

  • Available until 3 pm
  • For events up to 120
  • Combination of Private Meeting Room #1 & #2
  • Reservation deposit: $150
  • Per plate guarantee number with $600 food minimum for deposit to be refunded or applied
  • Room Charge $200 (2 hours)
  • Additional time $125 per half hour
  • Prices on Event Menu do not include tax or gratuity

Dinner Private Room (#1 or #2)

  • Available after 3 pm
  • For events up to 40*
  • Reservation deposit: $125
  • Per plate guarantee number with $750 food minimum must be met for deposit to be refunded or applied
  • Room Charge $150 (2 hours)
  • Additional time $125 per half hour
  • Price on Event Menu do not include tax or gratuity

Dinner Large Private Dining (#1 & #2 combined)

  • Available after 3 pm
  • For events up to 110
  • Combination of Private Meeting Room #1 & #2
  • Reservation deposit: $250
  • Per plate guarantee number with a $1200 food minimum for deposit to be refunded or applied
  • Room Charge $300 (2 hours)
  • Additional time $225 per half hour
  • Prices on Event Menu do not include tax or gratuity

Dinner Main Dining Room 

  • Available after 3 pm
  • For events up to 160
  • Main Floor setup
  • Reservation deposit: $500
  • Per plate guarantee number with $2500 food minimum for deposit to be refunded or applied
  • Room Charge $500 (2 hours)
  • Additional time $250 per half hour
  • Prices on Event Menu do not include tax or gratuity

* If you require a “U”-shaped table, please note that Private Dining Room #1 or #2 will accommodate a maximum of 30 people
