Book your business meeting, seminar, event, or social gathering with Potpourri.  We can accommodate your group in your own room anywhere from 12 to 130 people. 

Meeting & Events

(rates below are WITH NO FOOD provided)

Small Private Meeting Room

  • For meetings up to 16
  • $25.00 an hour
  • 2 hour minimum
  • Reservations required

Private Meeting Room (#1 or #2)

  • For meetings up to 52*
  • Reservation deposit: $50 
  • $75.00 per hour
  • 2 hour minimum

Large Private Meeting Room (#1 & #2 combined)

  • For parties up to 110
  • Combination of Private Meeting Room #1 & #2
  • Reservation deposit: $100 
  • $150.00 per hour
  • 2 hour minimum

Additional Services

  • Beverage station (per person) $3.95
  • Service staff- $10.00 per hour
  • White table cloths- $3.25
  • Projector (Check for availability and pricing with event coordinator
  • Ask Event Coordinator for other menu offerings and details for a successful meeting

Monday -Thursday

  • Time slots available  8am -9pm.
  • 2 hour minimum time slots

Friday and Saturday

  • Time slots available 8am -5pm
  • 2 hour minimum time slots

Small Private Dining Room

  • For events up to 16
  • No Deposit required
  • Minimum food purchase $50.00
  • Reservations required

Private Dining Room (#1 or #2)

  • For events up to 52*
  • Reservation deposit: $50 
  • $200 food minimum required for refund of deposit
  • Per plate guarantee number must be met along with $200 food minimum
  • Allotted 2 hours for event (additional time-$25 per half hour)
  • Price on Event Menu do not include tax or gratuity

Large Private Dining Room (#1 & #2 combined)

  • For events up to 110
  • Combination of Private Meeting Room #1 & #2
  • Reservation deposit: $100 
  • $500 food minimum required for refund of deposit
  • Per plate guarantee number must be met along with $500 food minimum
  • Alloted 2 hour for event (additional time -$50 per half hour)
  • Prices on Event Menu do not include tax or gratuity

Large Private Meeting Room (#1 & #2 combined)

  • For events up to 110
  • Combination of Private Meeting Room #1 & #2
  • Reservation deposit: $100 
  • $150.00 per hour
  • 2 hour minimum
