The only way to describe such a noble delicacy is to start with a toasted, hearty bread like Ciabatta (chiabatta), add balsamic herb vinaigrette, load it with ham and turkey, add avocado, bacon, tomatoes, alfalfa sprouts, and a sliver of red onion. Top it off with Swiss cheese.
